These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ts77 ("ts77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ts77.cam (the "Platform").

To create an Account, you must complete the ts77 registration form and provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active Account on ts77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ts77 employs technical and manual procedures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ts77 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. ts77 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out on your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you and considered authorised unless you have notified ts77 support of a suspected security breach prior to such activity.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact ts77 customer support immediately via the contact details set out in Section 16. ts77 will investigate reported security incidents and take reasonable steps to protect your Account pending resolution.
ts77 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations. You agree to provide ts77 with any documents or information reasonably requested for the purposes of KYC verification, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain Platform features.
You may request closure of your ts77 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, ts77 will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the Account. If you wish to close your Account due to gambling-related concerns, ts77 recommends using the self-exclusion tools described in Section 11 before requesting closure.
ts77 currently supports the following payment methods for Players in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and ts77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment channels at any time without prior notice.
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless stated otherwise on the cashier page. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation. ts77 does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
You may request a withdrawal of any eligible Balance from your Account at any time through the cashier section of the Platform. ts77 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. ts77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of an Account for reasons attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, ts77 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination is initiated by ts77 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, ts77 will return any eligible real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ts77 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
